• This site is a gateway to various events and competitions for amateurs in the entertainment industry
• You can JOIN as a contestant, enter events online, find service providers as well as opportunities and advertise your services
• There are NO FEES for contestants to use the site

JOIN AS A CONTESTANT

• Before you can enter online for events listed, you have to JOIN to become a member on the system
• You only JOIN ONCE, never again
• Provide as much information as possible - all entry forms will be completed AUTOMATICALLY - using the information you provide when you JOIN
• When you have JOINED you will be provided with a CONTESTANT NUMBER - use this number when you enter events or update your details
• PLEASE make sure your email address is correct as all entry forms for events you enter will be sent to this address

GROUPS

• A GROUP is anything that is not a solo (Duet, trio etc)
• Before you can enter an event as a group, the group needs to be CREATED on the system
• Before you can CREATE a group, all members of the group MUST be JOINED MEMBERS individually on the system WITH CONTESTANT NUMBERS
• When you CREATE a group, you need to enter all the CONTESTANT NUMBERS of the members of the group
• The person who is responsible for the group (GROUP MANAGER) should CREATE and ENTER the group, as all communication will be via this person

VIEW / UPDATE YOUR DETAILS

• Provide your CONTESTANT NUMBER as well as ID NUMBER and submit
• You can now VIEW or UPDATE your details
• SUBMIT when done
• PLEASE make sure your details are correct at all times
  
  

ENTER EVENTS

• Select the event you want to enter
• Select if you want to enter as a SOLO or GROUP
• SOLO : Provide your CONTESTANT NUMBER and ID NUMBER
• GROUP : Provide your GROUP NUMBER and GROUP MANAGER NUMBER
• Accept the rules of the event
• Select the items ar per the event, and submit the form
